We want you to be fully satisfied with your dryrobe®; if you are not, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Our goal is to ensure you stay warm and dry, so we make the process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the item is clean and in a sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
